My love for
photography started at an early age. My first camera
was a Brownie Box camera which I had received as a birthday
gift in the 1950s. From there, things just kept
getting better as the equipment progressively got to where
we are today with the digital age. I have worked with
photo processing as well. My family, and anyone who
knows me, knows that I usually have a camera in my hand or
around my neck at all times. My
children and grandchildren have the same interests and
desires in photography, and with God's help, we will be able
to make a difference. |

As a child I
loved assisting my dad in his dark room as he developed
wedding photographs. I was fascinated by the way the paper
could change with the chemicals being used. I believe that
curiosity is from where my love of photography has grown. My
first camera was always used to capture the people around me
doing absolutely anything, even the dog. Then as a student
at Purdue University, it was the action shots of my fellow
track team members that I loved to capture. While teaching
elementary school prior to having my own children, my
students were my focal point in photographs. It was with
their smiling faces that my love of portraits began. As my
own children grow and become little independent women, my
passion is capturing the moments of their lives that are not
necessarily posed, but rather show the side of them that
tells the story of who they are. We all learn as we grow
and as a photographer I am grateful for the passions that
living life has brought to my work. |

Since
graduating from New Haven High School, where I began my love
and skills for photography, I have worked in the Medical
Imaging field for the past 11 years.
My hobbies include photography, traveling, NASCAR (and many
other forms of racing) and riding my motorcycle. I have
found photography and my hobbies mix very well where I can
enjoy both at the same time. I enjoy teaching and sharing my
passion of photography with my two children Kirsten and
Aaron.
I enjoy capturing the moment and being able to share them
with the world. |

I am currently
a student at Indiana-Purdue University, Fort Wayne, and will
be graduating in May 2009 with a degree in Elementary
Education. I love working with children, and am very
excited to be a part of my family’s photography business.
My grandpa has always had an eye for photography, and many
of us take after him! I have always loved taking photos.
Ever since I was a child, I would get my hands on grandpa's
camera whenever possible. My husband and I just got married
in July 2007. It was the perfect day. With photography, it
is my goal to make sure that all of your perfect
moments are captured forever.
